Born in Battle Lake, Minnesota as the youngest of 3 children, she moved to Los Angeles in 1953. In 1955, Barbara married Eugene Denney whom she met at a church gathering. Barbara and Gene were married 63 years before his passing. They had 3 children, Diane, David, and Denise. Barbara was always a loving, caring, generous wife, mother, and friend. She had core beliefs of faith and giving. Barbara volunteered at church most of her life and also reached out to anyone in need. She felt that all people were good and kind. Barbara made her area of the world so much better for everyone. Anyone she met instantly connected with her and became a lifelong friend. "She is deeply missed."
