My heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of Uncle Jess. While it is never easy that we lose a kind, gentle and loving member of our family; we trust that he is now at peace in the arms of our Father in heaven, together with all that have gone before him. Thank you for sharing your gift of words of wisdom. Rest in peace Uncle Jess.

It is so difficult to say goodbye. Tio Sue, we are very proud of you as you are very proud of all of us, your relatives. We won't forget how you, together with the elders, initiated the Edejer Family reunion since the late 1970's. You continued to do so when your family arrived in California in the mid '90's when we had family picnics in the park and social gathering in the hall with relatives attending from the US and Canada. Then the big global event of 2009 was organized with you as the "backbone". Edejers from all over the world came and bonded together as one in Sinabacan, Candelaria, Zambales. That event started as a family tradition. More relatives were found and and I think we are getting closer to knowing the parents of the ancestors that we know at this time. Our researchers continue to find records that can connect our roots in the family tree. It is love and respect for family that bind us all together as one. That is a great legacy. Long live the EDEJER CLAN!
