Robin Lynn (Proctor) Wallen, 60, of Reseda, California, passed away at home with family by her side. Robin was born in Pleasanton, California to Thomas and Mary Proctor, moving to Chittenango, NY in 1960. After graduating from Chittenango High School, Robin moved to California in 1978 and worked for Zenith Insurance for over 20 years and was currently a branch administration manager. She will be remembered as a loving, thoughtful wife, mother, sister, aunt, friend, but most of all, Grandmother/
Tutu to five wonderful grandchildren.
Surviving is her husband, Robert of Reseda, her son Bobby (Charlotte) of Clarksville, TN, beloved Tutu to Lily, Karly, Henry, Theodore, and Franklin Wallen, mother-in-law Barbara Wallen, and sister-in-law Patti Palmieri. She is also survived by her sisters, Glennis Payne of Livermore CA, Mary Hertel of Oneida, NY, Kathy Proctor of San Diego, CA, Bonnie Bennett of Canastota, NY, Julie Merola (Robert) of Syracuse, NY, and Deborah Smith (John) of Canastota, NY; her brothers, Ardell Proctor (Carla) of Pueblo, CO, Jon Proctor (Sue) of Jamesville, NY, and Thomas Proctor (Lori) of Anchorage, AK. Also surviving is her uncle, Floyd Proctor (Linda) of Clay, NY, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Thomas and Mary Proctor and sisters, Sue Ahuna and Anne Fierro. Funeral services will be Saturday, June 13th at Angeleno Mortuary, 5984 Van Nuys Blvd., Van Nuys, CA 91401, with visitation from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Catholic services immediately following from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and will be live streamed. Please note there is a limit of 20 people allowed at this time and masks are required. Contributions in Robin’s memory to a charity of your choice. Messages of condolences may be sent to 6420 Jamieson Avenue, Reseda, CA 91335. Private burial will be in Hawaii. Ua pae ke kai, “the shore has been reached”.
