Michael Stewart

Michael David Stewart was at home when he left this Earth for a peaceful place on Saturday, November 18, 2023. He was the son of Gail Landry Stewart and Jame T. Stewart (deceased 2020). He was 54 years of age. Michael was graduated from Westchester HS and attended the University of Southern California at Long Beach. His skills in carpentry and design led to a long career as a set constructionist, working on the sets of Grey's Anatomy, The Rookie, 9-1-1 and many other feature productions. His interest in classic cars and racing forged his interest in the Indy 500 and the Grand Prix. Michael was widely traveled, visiting England, Ireland, Scotland and Europe. Mike married Stephanie Barton of Northridge CA in 2017. They resided in Granac Hills CA. Michael will be greatly missed at O'Grady's Bar and Restaurant in Granada Hills where he was known as "The Legend". Funeral services through Angeleno's Mortuary will be private.
